ERO is currently assisting the park with resource data collection and preparation of an EA for the reroute and repair of five trails heavily damaged from storms and flooding in 2013. ERO is evaluating the potential environmental effects of alternative treatments and realignments of damaged trails. In addition to preparation of the EA, ERO is conducting biological and cultural surveys to define resources in the project area to assist with impact evaluation and develop mitigation measures. ERO is also responsible for preparing materials for and participating in public scoping and EA comment meetings.
